Accepted forms of payment are check, Paypal or money order, made out to Linda Godfrey. All prices include tax and shipping where applicable. Shipping costs are now figured at USPS Priority rate of about $5 per book since Media Rate has proved itself unreliable lately. Paypal is also acceptable, with payments to adnil@elknet.net. Not all books are available from me.

Please include a note specifying how you would like this to be autographed: signature only, signature with date, or "to" desired name. I will add an original werewolf caricature cartoon if you like.

After you've hunted down the calculator and added up your total order amount, written the check and added how you want the book or books signed, mail it off to Linda Godfrey, P.O. Box 702, Elkhorn WI 53121.

If you are ordering any three books deduct $5.00 from total, and if ordering any five or more deduct $10!
